3M Fire Barrier Water Tight Sealant 1000 NS is a non-slump, ready-to-use, single component, neutral cure, silicone sealant that cures upon exposure to atmospheric humidity to form a flexible firestop seal. This water tight sealant help control the spread of fire, smoke and noxious gases before, during and after exposure to fire.
- TESTED AND LISTED: For up to 3-hours in accordance with ASTM E814 (UL 1479), ASTM E1966 (UL 2079) and CAN/ULC S115
- FORMS AN EFFECTIVE WATER BARRIER: Meets the UL Water Leakage Test achieving a Class 1 W Rating in accordance with ANSI/UL 1479
- ONE-PART, NON-SLUMP SILICONE SEALANT: For use in both through- penetration and construction joint applications—cures to form a flexible seal
- WITHSTANDS CONSTRUCTION CONDITIONS: Durable sealant provides excellent weatherability during construction
- EASILY RE-ENTERABLE: Formulated as a re-enterable and repairable fire barrier solution
- PRIMER PAINT READY: Sealant is paintable with primer
